DJ StephCakes is setting the record straight, one beat at a time. She’s passionate about delivering energy to events, the key to bringing any party to life.
Born and raised in Yonkers, NY, StephCakes has always had an affinity for music. Her dreams of becoming an entertainer lead her to assisting and studying under radio legend, Angie Martinez. This exposed her to an untapped skill that would soon take her all over the world, DJing.
Earning prime-time slots on Power 105.1, DJ StephCakes found herself spinning alongside some of the greatest east coast deejays such as DJ Camilo, DJ Enuff, Big Ben and DJ Boof.
As one of NY’s finest, she’s deejayed for the Wendy Williams show, been pinned down by Meek Mill to open up for his “Motivation Tour” and wrapped a 16-city tour in 2020 for artist J.I. aka the ‘Prince of New York’
Prominent companies like AT&T, Spotify, Tidal, Gap, Footlocker, FashionNova and events such as D’ussépalooza at Barclay’s Center, Trill Grill Fest in D.C., and #TheRnBParty at Stage 48 have all used Steph for their high profile events.
